  1. $100 can send a volunteer or teen leader to a training workshop to further develop their leadership or professional skills.
  2. $250 can send them on a leadership training retreat for skills training and personal empowerment.
  3. $350 can bring in a professional trainer to lead a career skills workshop.
  4. $500 can send a teen to a professional development or leadership conference to further their skills training, networking opportunities, and resume building.
  5. $1,200 can create a paid, 8-week, part-time summer internship for a teen or young adult to learn non-profit management skills, marketing tools, and youth program development.
